Currently all other sellers located in Australia are grey importers of Phoenix Models. You can normally identify a grey import as it has a higher price and arrives after it is available from us. Generally grey imports will have a made up item number that starts with PH4, then has a 3 letter code, followed by 3 numbers (eg PH4THA440). This item number is made up by other distributors and is not official. The correct item number is printed in the barcode of the box of that model (eg. PH10440). Grey Importers have difficulty getting spare parts and cannot offer the service like Aviation Center Australia. We are committed to helping our customers and meeting your requirements.
