Product Availability: While all care is taken to ensure appropriate stock levels, all products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at anytime without prior notice. If we do not supply the goods for any reason you will be notified and no charge will be taken. Aviation Center Australia will not be responsible for compensating you for any losses you may suffer if goods are not supplied, deemed faulty or damaged in transit. Aviation Center Australia reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We try to have all models listed in stock as of last website update. Some items, including aircraft accessories require ordering in from manufacturer. Sometimes we will not re-stock an item until we receive a confirmed order to reduce excess stock in our warehouse. This is also subject to manufacturer availability which we try to keep up-to-date as much as possible. Should you purchase a product on line that was not in stock, Aviation Center Australia will contact you and advise you on actual availability of that item.
Product Images: Aviation Center Australia provides images of products for the customer. Depending on the actually manufacturer, some images may differ to the actual product (eg. pictures of accessories, colours of aircraft, registrations, etc).
* Herpa Wings: most pictures are from Herpa directly, if you are unsure about "Old Generation" & "New Generation" landing gear or model aircraft registration, please check with us before buying (sometimes the description or images are incorrect from Herpa).
* Other Brands: Some images are provided by the manufacturer and we do not advise anyone to use these images to determine actual registration number or very specific details about the model.

Delivery: For all deliveries we use Australia Post. All items are inspected before being sent. Generally orders are sent after 2-5 working days on a Tuesday or Thursday after we receive your order. (If an item needs to be re-stocked from our warehouse it can take up to 14 days before being sent, normally if there are any further delays we would email you. This does not include pre-order models or back-order models as they are sent as soon as possible, after they arrive in stock.) Insurance is also available for most shipments, world wide. If you choose to send with insurance and we are unable to insure, we will contact you promptly. Insurance can cover a parcel for up to AUD$200.00 (please contact us if you have different requirements). If items are damaged and no insurance has been requested then the customer should contact the postage company directly for possible compensation. All effort is made to protect your items with strong packaging for transit. Any models weights shown on this website are for shipping calculation only, it does not represent the correct weight. If postage is greater then what is calculated on the website we will contact you before sending out your order or for rural areas a different shipping method maybe used. If for any reason a parcel is returned to us once we have shipped it (eg. incorrect address), customers will be required to pay for re-sending (plus return Fee of $11) if the address they provided was incorrect or if the parcel was unclaimed.
Free Gifts: We have updated our free gift system to include more items. Aviation Center Australia reserves the right to change or remove free gifts from any order.
GST: GST at the rate of 10% is included for all orders that are delivered to an address within Australia. Tax Invoices are provided with email confirmation of order when made on line. Orders from other Countries will be supplied without GST and the customer will be responsible for all import duties and taxes.
Payments: All items are charged in AUD$, all other currencies shown on this website are for your convenience. We are not responsible for any extra conversion fees charged by your bank or changes in exchange rates. Your credit card payments will be processed when your order is received. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Direct Deposits & Cash in AUD$. A few other payment options are available on request (some requiring an addition charge). If payment is processed by PayPal, the shipping address must match to your PayPal account. No COD orders. All goods remain property of Aviation Center Australia until full payment has been received.
Credit Card Fraud: To help prevent credit card fraud, a customers IP address is recorded when ordering.
Returns: All sales are final. In the event of the item being faulty, replacements will be sent after the original has been returned (at our discretion). I (the customer) understand that minor imperfections are found in all die-cast models (including printing, minor wheel balance & wing angles) [This is written for extremely particular collectors as we check all models before sending]. Please contact us ASAP if you have a faulty or incorrect item and retain the original packaging for returning your order. Aviation Center Australia is not responsible for manufacturing faults or postage company's mishandling (as insurance is available for most items). If a customer decides to cancel an order before we send it, a re-stocking charge may occur. Discounted items may or may not have slight imperfections (but all effort is made to advise the customer the condition of the product).
Special Orders: We stock Dragon Wings, Herpa Wings, Panda Models, TucanoLine, Golden Wings, Phoenix, Big Bird, JC Wings, NG Models, Gemini Jets, Gemini Select, Gemini MACS, StarJets, Gemini Aces, HobbyMaster, Dragon Wings Warbirds & some Inflight & Aeroclassics. If there are items from these manufactures that are still available, please contact us and we will be happy to order it for you. Back-Order models are Special Orders only and require a certain amount of time to arrive in stock and subject to availability).
Promotions: Promotions are designed to be fair. Any dispute regarding our promotions, Aviation Center Australia reserves the right to make the final decision. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage a customer may occur.
