  • To find out shipping for any item on our website, you may add the items to your shopping cart and this will allow you to calculate postage for any combinations of models (this can be done before adding any personal or payment details).

Delivery Information

We use Australia Post for all deliveries. Every item is carefully inspected before it is sent.


Processing Times

Orders are generally dispatched 4–7 working days after we receive them, usually on a Tuesday or Friday. If an item needs to be restocked from our warehouse, it may take 7–14 days before it is sent. We will email you if there are any further delays.


Pre-Order and Back-Order Models

These are exceptions and are sent as soon as possible after they arrive in stock.


Insurance

Insurance is available for most shipments worldwide and can cover a parcel for up to AUD $200.00. If you require a higher level of cover, please contact us. If you select insurance and we are unable to arrange it, we will contact you promptly. If items are damaged and no insurance was requested, the customer should contact the postage company directly for possible compensation.


Packaging and Shipping Notes

We take care to protect your items with strong packaging for transit. The model weights shown on this website are for shipping calculation purposes only and do not represent the actual weight of the item. If the actual postage cost is higher than the amount calculated on the website, we may contact you before sending your order. For some rural areas, a different shipping method may be used.


Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us after shipping (for example, due to an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed), the customer will be required to pay the cost of re-sending plus a return fee of A$13.00 when the address provided was incorrect or the parcel was not collected.
