This IL-76TD with the registration RA-76363 manufactured in 1993 also belongs to the extensive fleet of the Ministry of Emergency Situations which is based at Ramenskoye air base near Moscow which was established in 1994. The four-engined IL-76TD has been the backbone of Russian military and civilian transport logistics ever since.
