With tickets at relatively low prices, Air Berlin as a full-service-airline is firmly on the road of success. No less than 60 A320-200s were ordered in 2004, out of which D-ABDA was the first to be put into service this year. The remaining A320s will be delivered by 2011, thereby replacing all Boeing 737-800s.
