In this unit, the aircraft for the transport of high government officials are grouped together. Based at Chkalovksy Airport northeast of Moscow, a large fleet of aircraft is available. From MI-8 helicopters, to IL-76 transporters, to the IL-96 long-haul jets with VIP equipment for the Russian President, but also some remaining examples of the IL-18 for government or military staff, it includes numerous different ones aircraft.
