Premiair is the result of a merger of the two major holidaymaker carriers in Scandinavia in 1994, the Swedish Scanair and the Danish Conair. In 1996, Airtours from the UK took over shares of Premiair. Since then, the aircraft have carried the outfit of all the planes of the Airtours Aviation Division.
